Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. The XK300 Essence is a prescription device supplied through your care provider. Ask XK-AI is an automated assistant that answers from the content of this site and our setup guides. It can be wrong. It does not give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for your care team. Do not enter personal health details.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Promotional offers, including membership included with a device, are for the period stated and may end without notice. Purchases are governed by our Terms of sale, including delivery, cancellation and the one-year warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, Xandar Kardian is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms and this site at any time. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest revision.
You are buying from Xandar Kardian Inc., 17 State Street, Suite 4000, New York, NY, United States. These terms apply to Kardian Somily ordered on kardian.com, through our secure payment links, or at shop.kardian.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
One Somily is $299. Two ordered together are $553: the second unit is 15% off, and only when both are bought at the same time. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Discount and creator codes apply only as shown at checkout and cannot be added afterwards.
Somily is sold as a pre-order. Pre-orders ship between 15 November and 15 December 2026, first come, first served: the earliest orders ship first. We ship within the United States only, and delivery is free. If we cannot ship your order by 15 December 2026, we will tell you before then, give you a new date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. If you ordered two units at $553 and cancel one, the unit you keep is charged at the single-unit price of $299 and we refund the difference of $254.
There is no trial period. Once your Somily has been delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind, except where the law gives you that right. If your Somily arrives damaged, or does not work when you first set it up, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order reference and photos of the unit and the box, and we will replace it. After those 7 days, the one-year warranty below covers defects; it does not cover damage.
For one year from delivery, we warrant that Somily is free from defects in materials and workmanship in normal use. If it is not, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, at our choice; if we can do neither, we will refund the purchase price. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, repairs or changes by anyone other than us, normal wear, or problems caused by your home Wi-Fi or internet service. To make a claim, contact us with your order reference. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.
Every Somily comes with Max membership for 24 months from activation in the XKare app, at no extra charge. The price you pay is the price of the device. The included membership is a promotional benefit with no cash value: it cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred, and stopping or not using Max during the 24 months does not entitle you to a refund. Where we say Max is “worth $144”, that is its regular value at $6 a month, not a separate charge. If a unit is refunded, its included membership ends.
We ask you first. Max continues at $6 a month only if you choose to keep it; otherwise your account moves to the free Insight plan and keeps the basics. We do not renew a paid plan without your choice. Both plans use your home Wi-Fi.
HSA and FSA payment is available to qualified customers in the United States through Gale. Eligibility and reimbursement are decided by your plan administrator, and we cannot guarantee them.
Kardian Somily is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not an alarm. Do not rely on it in an emergency: call your local emergency number.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card provider; we can usually sort it out faster. Write to support@xk.inc or use the contact form, with your order reference.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on kardian.com and shop.kardian.com. Some are needed for the site and checkout to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure and personalize our advertising.
We never pass what you type into Ask XK-AI, or readings from a Kardian sensor, to advertising partners. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time from the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
We do not sell personal information for money. Our advertising cookies may count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under California and other state privacy laws. To opt out, use the Your privacy choices link (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) at the bottom of every page, or write to support@xk.inc. We also honor Global Privacy Control, the opt-out signal your browser can send: when we receive it, we turn off advertising cookies for that browser. In Washington State, advertising stays off unless you switch it on.
Contact form. The name, email address and message you send are delivered to us through our hosting provider (Netlify) and kept so we can reply.
Ask XK-AI. The questions you type or speak are sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer. They are not used to train AI models. Voice input is transcribed by your browser; we do not receive audio. Please do not enter personal health details.
Hosting logs. Like any website, our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Films are hosted on Vimeo and YouTube and load only when you press play. We use Vimeo's do-not-track setting and YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Their own privacy policies apply once a film is playing.
Data from a Kardian sensor and the Kardian app is covered by the privacy notice you accept in the app, not by this site notice. For the XK300 Essence, your care provider's privacy notice also applies.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to us through the contact form. Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea and California have additional rights under local law, which we honour.
Mount it as shown in the setup guide, using the supplied tape or a screw, out of reach of small children. Power it only from the supplied USB adapter. Do not open the housing. Keep it dry. The radar emits far less energy than a Wi-Fi router and has no known effect on pacemakers or other implants, but if you have any concern, ask your care provider.
No Kardian product is an emergency-detection or alarm system. If you think you or someone else is having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
If a Kardian device does not work as described, or you believe it contributed to a health problem, tell us through the contact form. For the XK300 Essence, also tell your care provider.
The people in the "In their words" films describe their own experience of a Kardian sensor, and none was scripted. Larry and Susan bought the sensor and have used it at home for months. Precious Myers Brown, Chief Innovation and Dream Officer at Vista Supports, uses it in the facilities she runs. Dr. Noel Serrano is a physician, Medical Director of Broadway Villa Post Acute, who provides care to seven skilled-nursing facilities in California that use the clinical XK300. Courtney lived with the sensor for several weeks and was compensated for her time; what she says is her own view.
